Banana Republic

Is shopping online always cheaper? The answer is no. Here is my recent experience at Banana Republic.

I bought a dress on sale in a retail store for about $30.00. When I browsed at their website, the same dress in the same color is selling at $70+ (you probably need to pay extra for shipping as well). The dress is also indicated as a sale item on the website.

Some people may be willing to pay the premium for convenience though.

Netflix + LG Partnership

Very soon, you will be able to watch Netflix movies at home with just the new TV from LG + internet connection. If you are in the market to buy a new TV, maybe you should wait for this new LG TV to come out...No more physical disc, no more DVD player but more popcorns!

Netflix & Roku

If you are a Netflix member, I suggest you to get a Roku box. HD (for some titles) is now available for instant streaming using the Roku box.

Ferragamo

Big sale (50% off) on selected Ferragamo shoes...I went to the one in Santana Row.
